The Comm Panel is the Communication Panel and the Community Panel, where most of the tools we have for being a Community can be found. It appears in every room on the Island [at the top of every Area and Room display]. It's a simple menu with links to most major functions we offer. (To navigate around the Island physically, use the Transporter on the left of your screen).
